Description
The City of Scottsdale is seeking outside legal services for the Safey & Risk Management Department of the City Attorney’s Office to handle litigation related to the following substantive issues: personal injury, constitutional claims, employment, construction, road design, police liability, general municipal liability, water and wastewater, civil appeals, fire services, worker’s compensation, and other matters. The City Attorney will establish a list of qualified attorneys or law firms from which outside counsel will be selected to provide legal services on an as needed, case-by-case or matter-by-matter basis.
