Draft estate plan documents such as Wills, Grantor Trusts, revocable and irrevocable trusts, QPRTs. CRUTs/CRATs, and ILITS.
Handle all facets of estate administration including preparing and filing probate and administration petitions, preparing and filing estate tax returns, managing estate accounts, estate distribution, will contests, accountings and miscellaneous proceedings.
Meet and interview clients for estate plans and supervise will executions.
Advise and assist trustees, trust and estate beneficiaries and personal representatives in probate administration, trust administration and disputes in connections with estate and trust administration.
Research complex estate and gift tax issues.
Annualized $125,000 - $150,000 plus eligibility for y/e bonus
Exact compensation within the range will be determined based on education, skills, experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
