Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting a mid-level associate to join the Finance Transactions Team in any of our twenty (20) United States offices. Preference will be given to candidates with significant experience in documenting and closing corporate debt finance transactions, including secured and unsecured, syndicated and bilateral loans. The salary range for this position in our Denver office is $215,000 - $270,000 and the salary range for this position in our New York office is $245,000 - $305,000.

Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training, experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.  The range listed is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for associates, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
